#foodporn is back! One of the things China does awesome is whole #fish. Here we have butterflied fish in a mixture of chilis, fermented beans, scallions, garlic…so many wonderful things. From a restaurant in #Beijing’s #dongsi area.

Hope you like #lamb because this time we visited the city of #Urumqi’s offices in #Beijing for some delicious #Uigher cuisine. Here we have lamb with copious amounts of #scallions, served with convenient little #flatbreads.
Part 7 from #brickandwood #beijing: this dish was a bit more delicate with a creamy slice of #tofu and some sort of white fish (I was not able to figure out the Chinese-English translation) accompanied by a cucumber reservoir of soy sauce.
